Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active Pharmacist license (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
• Valid certification to administer injections.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software (experience with Kroll is highly preferred) and electronic health records.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search prior to employment.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.

• Experience with Kroll pharmacy software

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, manage chronic and acute medication therapy, and provide comprehensive patient counseling.
• Administer injections and vaccines, adapt and renew prescriptions, and manage drug therapies to optimize patient health outcomes.
• Oversee the accurate preparation, packaging, labeling, and dispensing of medications, ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with local physicians, clinics, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate seamless transitions of care.
• Serve as a trusted drug information resource for patients, caregivers, and fellow healthcare professionals.
