About The Position
Staff Pharmacist | Columbia, MO | Part-Time | 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, you won't be counting by 5s in a retail setting or processing insurance rejections all day. You'll be caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs—people who depend on you to get their medications right, on time, every time. Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Active MO Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills (you'll talk to nurses, DSPs, prescribers daily)
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
- Compassion and patience working with vulnerable populations
- Must pass background check and drug screen
