About The Position
At Saint Clare's Health, the Pharmacist coordinates pharmacy department activities under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy. The role supports the highest quality of pharmaceutical care for hospital patients while ensuring patient safety. Patient care may span General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics, and Outpatient Services.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
- APhA Immunization Certification.
- BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospital pharmacy operations.
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- ACLS certification.
