About The Position

As a vital member of the Therapy Planning Team at VIVIO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring evidence-based and cost-effective drug management. This position is mostly remote, with mandatory in-office requirements for meetings or training. There is an up to 15% travel requirement for client meetings and other company events. You will be trained to use internal member management platforms to document relevant clinical and financial information. Variable duties include working in non-specialty (pharmacy) and specialty clinical programs, and participation in Therapy Planning Team meetings.

Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with licensure in any one US state required
1 or more years of experience in clinical evidence review while interacting with patients and clinicians as part of an interdisciplinary care team required
1 or more years of experience in fast-paced patient management environment e.g., community pharmacy, MTM, ambulatory care etc.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, anticipate and solve problems.
Competent at the intermediate level or higher with MS suite programs i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point
Must be able to travel up to 15%.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis without the need for employer support, visa transfer support, DSO documentation or sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

1 or more years of experience with clinical program design, speaking with prescribers and other relevant stakeholders.
Experience in clinical data analysis with statistical training

Responsibilities

Meticulously evaluate therapy requests against high-quality clinical evidence and VIVIO’s Drug Integrity Framework.
Provide essential support to leadership, fellow pharmacists, clinical advisors, and non-clinician staff.
Present various clinical programs to relevant stakeholders to share relevant clinical and cost-effectiveness data.
Participate in Therapy Planning Team meetings.
