About The Position
The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications for patients upon receipt of a physician's order. This role also involves providing drug information to the Medical Staff upon request and ensuring the delivery of quality pharmaceutical services to patients and staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of a College or School of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
- Maintains licensure in good standing as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New Jersey.
Nice To Haves
- Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
- National certification in a specialized area recognized by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) preferred.
