PHARMACIST (PER DIEM)

Rolling Hills Hospital is looking for a Pharmacist, PRN to join out team. The Pharmacist is responsible for the complete and efficient operation of the pharmacy within all legal and accreditation/certification requirements and applicable facility policies, procedures, codes and standards. This includes managing administrative, pharmaceutical, and professional functions relating to pharmaceutical care provided at the facility.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy Program is required.
- Current Tennessee Pharmacist License
- Current Tennessee Driver’s License
- Must possess the experience to oversee the provision of medication regimens for the patient populations treated in the facility, including knowledge of dosage for age-specific populations.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmacist experience is preferred.
- Board Certification in Psychiatric Pharmacy or Pharmacotherapy by Board of Pharmacy Specialties preferred.
