About The Position

Our client is seeking an inpatient pharmacist in Boone, North Carolina. The position is scheduled for a 4x10 day shift. Applicants must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must provide the listed credentials and screening documentation and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
• MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
• Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
