About The Position

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist in Irving, TX. Unlike traditional retail pharmacy roles, this position focuses on clinical expertise, medication therapy management, and direct patient care within group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities. The role involves verifying multidose medication cards using AI-assisted technology, clinical consultations, medication therapy management, administering long-acting injectables, and updating MARs in real-time. You will work collaboratively with a team, build relationships with appreciative agencies, and make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals requiring specialized medication support.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Active Texas Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (you'll talk to nurses, DSPs, prescribers daily)
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Compassion and patience working with vulnerable populations
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to commute to Irving, TX (or relocate before start date)

Responsibilities
