About The Position
Coordinate and supervise the proper storage, distribution, and usage of medications to pediatric patients. Provide information to parents, patients, and staff concerning dosage, interactions, incompatibilities, adverse effects, administration, and appropriate use of medications.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- One year of pharmacist experience in either a retail, outpatient, IV room or OR pharmacy setting.
- Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years retail, outpatient, IV room or OR pharmacy experience.
- Licensed pharmacy preceptor.
- Pediatric experience.
