About The Position

HealthPartners is hiring a Pharmacist to support patient care and experience. The Pharmacist performs and supervises the department’s daily operations and provides hospital and medical staff involved in preparing and dispensing drugs with drug information and other pharmaceutical services.

The posted schedules include several Monday–Friday options (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., or 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) and a Saturday–Sunday schedule (9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.). A flexible shift is available.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with either a Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree.
• Current Minnesota pharmacist license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and time effectively.
• Good attention to detail and ability to implement policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Health system pharmacy experience.
