We are searching for a talented Pharmacist to join our team at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. This role primarily involves day shifts with every third weekend coverage and holiday rotation per department needs. Requirements

A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Pharmacy is required.
Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

Over one year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy.
Be knowledgeable of computer applications, pertinent state and federal law/regulations.
Provide immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel.
