About The Position
Burnett Medical Center is looking for a casual Pharmacist to work in our hospital pharmacy. This is a part-time position with varied days and hours. The role involves providing comprehensive and compassionate patient care, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and interpreting medication orders. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the 340B program, provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients, and prepare sterile medications.
Requirements
- Completion of course at an accredited School of Pharmacy, leading to a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- Must be licensed in the State of Wisconsin
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of two years of hospital experience preferred
- Working knowledge of 340B program preferred
