Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a pharmacist degree from an accredited educational institution.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified immunizer, or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
At least 1 year of retail pharmacist experience, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate pharmacy consulting services to patients.
Educate and consult patients about medication use, side effects, and cost-effective options.
Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding and dispensing, and comply with regulatory requirements.
Mentor and train pharmacy team members.
Handle pharmacy operations, prescription filling and verification, records, and insurance-related work.
