About The Position

Pembroke Hospital is seeking a Part Time Pharmacist to work 12 hours per week. Available shifts include Monday - Friday, 6am - 6:30pm and Saturdays and Sunday, 7am - 3pm. There is an opportunity to pick up more than 12 hours per week.
Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for serving Hospital patients by preparing medications, providing pharmacological information to multidisciplinary treatment team, and monitoring patient drug therapies.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmacy
• Current license as a Pharmacist in Massachusetts
