As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role in delivering this purpose, modeling values, and demonstrating authentic care for patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and are accountable for the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. A key component of this role is keeping customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs. You are expected to lead with heart, motivate and develop your support staff, identify business opportunities, contribute to solutions for growth and performance, and successfully implement these solutions. The role requires adaptability to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting, seeking growth, collaborating with others, and aligning teams around purpose to foster a caring, energetic, enthusiastic, and proud team culture. You will apply acquired knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors.

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
