About The Position

The Pharmacist is responsible for all aspects of pharmacotherapy on an assigned patient care unit. The role provides clinical support and distribution services in coordination with physician and nursing services to deliver quality, cost-effective drug therapy to patients. Other duties may be assigned. The position is based at the Integrated Service Center in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and is hybrid.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D. from an ACPE-certified school of pharmacy.
• An active Wisconsin Pharmacist License, or eligibility to obtain one within three months.
• Effective use of computers and applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as appropriate to practice.
• Effective communication.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience or three years of other pharmacy experience.
• Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
• Active membership in the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW).
• Active membership in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and/or other national pharmacy organizations approved by Pharmacy Administration.
