About The Position
JOB SUMMARY Provide competent and accurate pharmacist service in the acute care setting.
Requirements
- Education: See License and Certification.
- Experience: None
- Knowledge and Skills: Competent to provide prescribed medications and drug information as needed to ensure adequate patient care according to professional standards/practices and hospital policy/procedures.
- License and Certifications: Current, valid Pharmacist license to practice pharmacy in the state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
- Equipment: Computer; Equipment related to the compounding of pharmaceuticals.
- Physical Requirements: Able to perform the essential physical duties as noted on the job description.
