About The Position
The client is seeking an inpatient pharmacist for a position in Madison, Wisconsin, working a 5x8 day shift. Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
