As a Pharmacist for the Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy, the role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, offering leadership and guidance to supporting staff, and ensuring accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services.

Requirements

• Current Pharmacist License in good standing in State of Michigan
• Six months pharmacy experience
• Six months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
• Must have/be willing to obtain additional state licenses per business need (paid for by CVS Health)

Nice To Haves

• Licenses in other states desirable
• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Provide leadership and guidance to supporting staff
• Ensure the accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services
• Perform drug therapy monitoring
• Provide patient education

• Manage chronic disease states for clinical programs
