Pharmacist, Inpatient - Night Shift
About The Position
The Inpatient Pharmacy department is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to work a rotating, overnight shift of 36 hours per week. This role requires weekend and holiday availability. The primary responsibility is to prepare and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies according to physician orders, adhering to standard professional procedures and hospital policies. The Pharmacist will provide professional and ethical service to patients and hospital employees. Additionally, this role involves managing pharmacy services for Medication/Vaccination clinics, which may include rounding with medical teams, evaluating and modifying drug therapy, optimizing patient outcomes, identifying safety issues, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and providing drug information to medical personnel.

Responsibilities
- Prepares and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
