Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Current State of California Pharmacist License.
- Minimum one year previous Hospital Pharmacist experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care which includes: clinical, distribution, educational, informational, quality assurance and supervisory functions for Madera Community Hospital Pharmacy Department.
- Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders.
- Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel.
- Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by performing the related duties.
