About The Position

We are searching for a talented Pharmacist - Student Tech to work at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA. This position is available to regular status employees scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited college of Pharmacy program to obtain Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required.
- Completion of the first two years of study for pharmacy curriculum (i.e., starting first professional year curriculum) is required.
- A valid drivers license is required.
- Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Intern is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Student/ Technician performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.
