About The Position

Pharmacist PT No Nights/No Weekends, work/life balance, and the opportunity to work with an amazing Pharmacy team! Bring your passion to make a difference in the health of our communities to Community Health of Central Washington! CHCW is expanding our Pharmacy services by opening a new pharmacy location in Yakima! We have an opening for an PT Pharmacist (12.4 hrs/wk) to review prescriptions, dispense medications and provide medication information to patients, providers, and clinic staff to improve medication use and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree plus completion of required intern hours is required
• WA Pharmacist license is required
• Certification to administer vaccines is required
• BLS card is required
• Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU)
• Pre-employment drug screen is required

Nice To Haves

• Pharmacy Preceptor license is preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
