Pharmacist - Pharmacogenomics Specialist
About The Position
This role is day shift, Monday - Friday and can work remotely 1 day a week. Staffing requirement 1 weekend every 4 weeks or 1 weekday every other week. As a full time Pharmacogenomics Pharmacist Specialist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California is responsible leading clinical implementation of pharmacogenomic program and serve as the subject matter expert for complex drug-gene medication management, including but not limited to daily organization and supervision of pharmacogenomics medication management activities and collaborating with physicians, genetic counselors, and other health care providers to optimize medication therapy and optimize outcome.
