About The Position

This role is a remote position. A staff member who works exclusively from home may be in California or one of the following approved states - Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Georgia and Florida. This per diem role, we are seeking a candidate that can provide 4 shifts in a 6 week schedule. As a per diem Medical Oncology Management Pharmacist at the Cedars-Sinai, you will be providing comprehensive direct patient care to leukemia, lymphoma, and other solid tumor cancer patients. You will assist with management of adult patients receiving oral chemotherapy. As a pharmacist you will be providing clinical review, patient education and patient management for our patients receiving oral oncolytics. Other responsibilities include provision of drug information, optimizing drug therapy, ensuring regulatory compliance and other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
• Experience in medical oncology management.
• Ability to provide 4 shifts in a 6-week schedule.
• Proficiency in clinical review, patient education, and patient management for oral oncolytics.
• Knowledge of drug information and therapy optimization.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance.
