About The Position
Pharmacist Intern at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, Oregon Per Diem/Variable Shift Under the direct supervision of a staff pharmacist, has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patients quality of life. Requirements
- Enrolled in or having graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Oregon Pharmacist License or Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist Intern License.
