Pharmacist, Inpatient
About The Position
We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our growing Inpatient Pharmacy team at our Clovis campus. Joining a team of 90, you will deliver clinical pharmacy services, drug information, and pharmacotherapy monitoring. This includes reviewing drug orders and checking work completed by ancillary personnel in the department. As a drug expert and consultant to hospital personnel, providing quality assurance review of drug utilization throughout the hospital system will be key in the continuum of care for patients. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
- RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required
Nice To Haves
- BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
Responsibilities
