About The Position

This role involves medication management and clinical support for inpatient patients by verifying orders, monitoring therapy outcomes, and ensuring safe, evidence-based medication use. They collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and prevent medication errors throughout the patient’s facility stay.

Requirements

• Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
• VA License in hand at the time of submittal
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Required
• PharmD, RPh required
• EPIC Charting Experience Required
• IV experience
• Pain controlled analgesia experience
• Antibiotics experience
• Drug interactions experience
• Order entry experience
• Verify medication orders experience
• 1 Year Inpatient Pharmacy Experience Required

Nice To Haves

• Chemo experience
• Anticoagulants experience
• Pharmacokinetic Dosing experience
• Renal Dosing experience
• Travel Experience Preferred
