  • Active Oregon Pharmacist License in good standing
  • Eligibility to serve as Pharmacist in Charge under Oregon Board of Pharmacy regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous long-term care, institutional, or high-volume pharmacy experience
  • Prior supervisory, management, or PIC experience
  • 5+ years of pharmacist experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a pharmacy operation that plays an important role in serving patients throughout Southern Oregon
  • Work alongside a supportive, experienced team based in Eugene while helping guide the success of the Medford location
  • Make a real impact on pharmacy operations, staff development, compliance, and patient care
  • Develop and strengthen a team culture built on accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operations
  • Lead a dedicated team
  • Help drive the continued growth and success of our Medford pharmacy
  • Ensure exceptional service to the long-term care communities we serve
