The Pharmacist in Charge, White Label Pharmacy serves as the designated Pharmacist in Charge, where applicable, and as the pharmacy subject matter expert for assigned White Label programs. This is not a traditional pharmacy operations management role and does not require direct reports. The position is responsible for regulatory oversight, program business rules, workflow governance, implementation support, and ensuring pharmacy activities associated with assigned programs are designed and executed in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, company policies, and client requirements. The PIC owns the pharmacy interpretation and operational application of program requirements while supporting patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and service performance. The role partners closely with Operations, Client Services, Technology, Compliance, Quality, Implementation, and Business Development to support client onboarding, program launches, workflow design and optimization, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. The PIC is responsible for translating regulatory and program requirements into scalable operational processes, system controls, and pharmacy workflows while maintaining appropriate pharmacist oversight. The role also supports the broader pharmacy operation as needed, including pharmacist staffing and coverage, while maintaining primary accountability for assigned White Label programs and applicable PIC responsibilities.
