About The Position

Salud is seeking a Temporary Full-Time, Floating Pharmacist. This role will be based in Fort Lupton and require travel to other SALUD Pharmacies located in Brighton, Commerce City, Longmont, and Fort Collins, based on where assistance is needed. This assignment is from the date of hire to approximately September, 2026. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm. Salud has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists work together and coordinate efforts in a team-based system of care. We strive to improve the quality of our patient's lives who would otherwise have limited access to health care. We serve all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred.
• Possess a license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the State of Colorado.
• Experience working at a Community Health Center pharmacy is preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various SALUD Pharmacies (Brighton, Commerce City, Longmont, and Fort Collins) as needed.
• Provide pharmacy services in a team-based system of care.
• Coordinate efforts with medical, dental, and behavioral health services.
