About The Position

This role is ideal for someone who brings both strong sterile and non-sterile compounding experience and the leadership ability to build structure, improve performance, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team. The Pharmacist Director, Sterile Compounding will lead pharmacy operations and serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge, managing and mentoring pharmacists, technicians, and lab leadership. Key responsibilities include improving workflows, systems, accountability, and efficiency, as well as overseeing staff training, scheduling, hiring, and performance. The role also involves partnering with senior leadership to support continued growth and maintaining the pharmacy’s exceptional standards for quality and patient care.

Requirements

• Pharmacist in Charge/Licensed Pharmacist
• Extensive sterile and non-sterile compounding experience
• Proven operational and people leadership
• Experience implementing systems and process improvements
• Strong self-awareness, judgment, and communication skills
• A patient-first, team-focused leadership style

Responsibilities
