This position will support provincial anemia management and is committed to the integration of knowledge and skill in the provision of quality, client focused pharmacy services and the ongoing development and optimization of contemporary pharmacist directed patient care activities. The incumbent is responsible for anemia management medication-related needs, the provision of drug information to physicians, other health care professionals and the patient, and will serve as a preceptor to other pharmacists, pharmacy residents, and pharmacy undergraduate students. The incumbent will also be involved in interdisciplinary education and research related activities.
