This is a full-time position (60 hours per two-week pay period) for a current employee of the Ambulatory Pharmacy. Under the direction of the PIC, the Clinical Pharmacist provides daily oversight of the dispensing workflow and technical and support staff. The Clinical Pharmacist provides patient services including medication adherence, medication therapy monitoring, medication education, and therapeutic drug and disease state management as authorized by a collaborative provider. The clinical pharmacist will actively participate in medication dispensing, billing, and collections. The Clinical Pharmacy shall place the highest priority on ensuring compliance with all laws, regulatory, and professional practice standards. The Clinical Pharmacist will actively support quality assurance programs, performance metrics including customer satisfaction, financial budgets and targets, and operations efficiencies.
