About The Position

Nivagen is expanding into the 503B outsourcing facility market, delivering high-quality compounded medications to healthcare providers and their patients. We are seeking experienced sales professionals to help establish and grow our presence throughout California. We are currently hiring two representatives—one for Northern California and one for Southern California—to support our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts within the wellness and specialty healthcare markets. The 503B Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact between Nivagen and healthcare professionals, including physicians, wellness clinics, IV therapy centers, med spas, plastic surgery practices, and dermatology offices. This role is responsible for driving product awareness, educating providers, and growing business while ensuring compliance with all FDA and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Northern or Southern California
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, wellness, medical device, or healthcare B2B sales preferred
  • Strong territory management and pipeline development skills
  • Comfortable with high outbound activity (cold calling, emailing, CRM use)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage a field-based territory independently
  • Go-getter attitude, strong team player, and highly sales-driven
  • Must be willing to travel to headquarters in Sacramento

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in med spa, dermatology, plastics, or wellness markets is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share
  • Conduct regular meetings with healthcare providers to communicate product benefits and approved clinical information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and key decision-makers
  • Maintain knowledge of Nivagen’s products, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, to support territory growth initiatives
  • Participate in industry events, educational programs, and customer meetings as needed
  • Execute cold calling, emailing, prospecting, and maintain regular CRM activity
  • Must reside in Northern or Southern California
  • Increase revenue by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly goals
