Requirements

  • High school diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor degree in the sciences
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • 1-3 years of Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience; may be substituted with experience in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO, etc.
  • Experience with quality systems
  • Experience completing complex manufacturing operational documents
  • Experience utilizing AI to enhance manufacturing operations
  • Experience with utilizing Operating Instructions to perform manufacturing tasks
  • Standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting upward of 55 pounds may be required.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate PPE (daily uniform, gloves, safety glasses, respirators, and full protective suits)
  • Strong computer, scientific, basic math, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a multi-functional manufacturing team
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Execute documentation associated with manufacturing operations: Paper and Electronic Batch Records, Log Books, Protocols, Change control, QTS, etc.
  • Utilize SOPs and Operating Instructions to manufacture drug product in a controlled clean room environment.
  • Complete complex bulk product manufacturing activities to convert incoming raw materials into intermediate and patient ready products
  • Set up, operation, break down, and cleaning of complex manufacturing equipment, manage and check documentation generated.
  • Complete activities associated with cGMP operations in a clean room manufacturing space
  • Generate, manage and report operational performance associated data
  • Identify, own and lead continuous improvement based projects
