Key responsibilities include accurate and compliant weighing and dispensing of materials, completing batch records, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to find solutions, all while prioritizing efficiency, quality, and safety. The role requires process ownership to ensure upstream operations run seamlessly and contribute to the production of life-changing therapies.
