Join our expanding team in Bend, Oregon as a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator. In this role, you'll be a critical part of producing life-saving and life-enhancing medicines used by patients around the world. Now hiring for both Day & Night Shift — 12-hour rotating schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next), including at least one weekend day. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including one weekend day.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to lift and move equipment safely.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, biotech, pharmaceutical, military, or technical experience is a plus—but not required. We provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a safe, high-quality cGMP space that values your personal growth and new ideas.
  • Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment used to mix, fill, and package medications.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain GMP and cleanroom standards.
  • Accurately measure ingredients and document production data.
  • Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment between production runs.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and safety checks.
  • Work closely with teammates to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
