About The Position

Eurofins PSS is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator to join their team. This role involves supporting and executing manufacturing documentation, performing manufacturing activities to convert raw materials into intermediate and final products, setting up and maintaining manufacturing equipment, and completing operator care tasks. The position also requires generating and reporting operational performance data and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The role operates within a classified manufacturing environment and requires adherence to strict documentation and quality standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO, etc.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Generate, support, and execute manufacturing documentation, including batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, and quality tracking systems (QTS).
Perform manufacturing activities to convert raw materials into intermediate products.
Process intermediate materials into final patient-ready product presentations.
Set up manufacturing equipment and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.
Support the operation and upkeep of a classified manufacturing environment.
Complete operator care tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
