About The Position
SDS-Rx is seeking dependable individuals with spotless driving records and their own vehicles to become delivery contractors. As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you will have the opportunity to drive with purpose, making important medical deliveries to people in need. This role involves delivering packages, not people, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our drivers. We are looking for individuals with open availability to join our team.
Requirements
- 21 or older.
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
- No more than 3 combined at-fault accidents and/or moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Own your own vehicle. This route requires a 2011 or newer sedan, SUV or minivan.
- Carry current vehicle insurance and can meet $100/300k Bodily Injury coverage minimum requirement.
- Can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen.
- Location may require you to obtain LLC if you do not already have one.
Responsibilities
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules for accepted routes/jobs.
- Deliver a variety of pharmaceuticals and equipment.
- Use own vehicle to complete accepted delivery jobs.
- Load and unload bags for delivery. Bags are small and generally under 20lbs.
- Handle delivery paperwork as instructed.
- Use own smartphone to enter delivery information.
