About The Position
Certified Pharmacy Tech – In-Patient Pharmacy Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO that focuses on personalized care. Our 25-inpatient bed facility is a Medicare 4-star rated and is ranked in the top 1% nationally for Patient Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. Requirements
- High School or equivalent required.
- Licensed/Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy required.
Nice To Haves
- Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
- Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stock the medication supply machines throughout the facility.
- Help to ensure safe medication use by checking outdates, ensuring medications are in stock and ordered in a timely manner.
- Help manage medication shortages.
- Make sure drugs are stored and secured correctly.
