Marksman Security is seeking qualified candidates for immediate part-time PGR Retail Security positions. These roles are essential to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for our retail partners and their customers. Requirements

Must have a current valid Wisconsin Security License
Be able and willing to conduct extended foot patrols of the district area up to and including six hours
Must have a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
High school degree or equivalent
Valid Wisconsin state driver’s license
Valid Wisconsin Guard License
Professional demeanor and appearance
Basic computer skills
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Minimum of one year of security experience
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks
Engage with the public and respond to any and all calls for service in the public right of way
Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions
Document all interactions in a clear and concise written report, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
Communicate and pass on all pertinent information to fellow team members, other safety teams, and the client
Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
Respond to calls of distress, alarms and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
