About The Position

This position is for a cash poster whose responsibility is to ensure accurate billing and collections of patient accounts in accordance with accreditation standards, federal, state and local regulations, organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Education level equivalent to completion of four (4) years of high school preferred.
• Prior experience working in a hospital/healthcare billing setting preferred.

Nice To Haves

• College level courses helpful.
• Completion of Hometown Health University online classes required for Level 2 preferred.
• Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) required for Level 2.
