Our associates don’t just sell pet products—they educate pet parents, support wellness, and build lasting customer relationships. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is open to flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and coverage across both store locations when needed.
Requirements
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work at both Gilbert and Mesa locations as needed
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass background checks following local laws and regulations
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in premium pet retail preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Learn about dog and cat nutrition and share your knowledge with customers
- Assist clients in-store, over the phone, and through online messaging
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
- Receive and stock inventory in both the store and warehouse areas
- Attend trainings with vendor reps and management to stay current on products
