About The Position

RelaDyne is seeking a CDL Technician - Distribution to install, maintain, and repair fuel, lubricant, DEF, and tank equipment at customer locations. The role involves setting up equipment for new customers, responding to service calls, documenting work, and delivering professional customer service while following company safety and operating procedures. This position requires regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions and frequent travel to customer locations. The noise level is typically moderate, and the work takes place in industrial and customer-site environments. It is designated as safety sensitive, and employment is contingent on completing required pre-employment screenings.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A, with the ability to maintain it.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Comfort using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair RelaDyne equipment and tanks.
• Install tanks, tank monitors, and related equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Set up Fuel, Lube, and DEF equipment for new customer installations.
• Travel to customer locations to complete service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate repair logs and service documentation.
• Complete parts requests and accurately record labor and materials used.
• Communicate equipment issues and repair recommendations with a supervisor.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for Fuel and Lube equipment.
• Maintain accurate customer repair records and spreadsheets.
• Follow company safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
