This role is a field-based position operating from a home office and serving customers within the Boca Raton, FL territory. As a Pet Health Veterinary Sales Representative, you will be a disruptive force in the Boca Raton territory, responsible for driving growth and building strong client connections with veterinary customers. You will play a pivotal role in our success during a historic launch period for Elanco's Pet Health organization, leveraging your expertise to meet and exceed sales goals with our innovative portfolio of products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent level of experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience in a competitive, complex selling environment (e.g., human health medical device, orthopedic sales).
- Demonstrated competitive drive with a proven track record of success and the ability to strategically manage a complex portfolio of products across diverse customer accounts.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive product placement and achieve sales goals with key veterinary hospitals and clinics.
- Provide leadership and influence for distributor representatives within the territory, ensuring alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, impactful partnerships with key decision-makers in veterinary practices, from independent clinics to corporate hospitals.
- Serve as the key liaison with local and state veterinary medical associations (VMAs), coordinating Elanco's presence and efforts at major events.
- Plan and execute impactful product launch events and educational meetings in partnership with veterinary services to drive adoption and expand Elanco's market share.
