About The Position
Work in a luxury grooming environment where we recognize you as a skilled professional. Four day work weeks, a respectful workplace that values your expertise over speed and paid time off/holidays to recharge. We Offer $275 - $400 per day including base pay, commission, and tips. At Aussie Pet Mobile, we care for the business so that you can focus on the pets! Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans. Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom. Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment. Our custom-designed mobile pet grooming vans come equipped with air conditioning, heating, electricity, and water—without the need for external hookups. We prioritize eco-friendliness and provide a spacious, comfortable environment for pets to move freely, allowing groomers to focus on each pet’s individual needs. At Aussie Pet Mobile, we offer a 100% cage-free, one-on-one grooming experience—all in the convenience of our clients' driveways. At Aussie Pet Mobile, we pride ourselves on our innovative pet mobile design, solar panels, heated Hydrobath TM , and our Aussie Pet Mobile grooming service which assures a complete and comfortable experience for each pet. We are eco friendly van and consider the safety of our pets and groomers to be our top priority. We would love to have you join our team and work with us to keep our country’s pets cute and clean!
Requirements
- No degree is required; we are looking for groomers with experience.
- Aussie Pet Mobile - Hiring Process: A phone call within 24 hours
- An in-person interview within 48 hours
- A paid working interview. To "test drive" mobile grooming with one of our groomers.
- An offer letter—and lunch with the owner—within 7 days
