About The Position

Join a locally owned, mobile grooming team serving happy, repeat clients across southern Indianapolis. We handle the scheduling, logistics, and client acquisition so you can focus on what you do best: delivering premium, one-on-one care in a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz grooming van. Requirements

• Professional grooming experience required, job-ready from day one
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine care for pets and clients
• Good communication skills to support the customer experience and team collaboration
• Clean driving record and comfortable operating a larger vehicle
• Able to lift and maneuver pets up to 75 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle grooms on a manageable daily schedule that prioritizes safety and quality
• Work independently in the van while communicating clearly with clients and the team
• Maintain sanitation standards and care for equipment
