Requirements
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Formal radiological technologic training from an accredited school
- Previous experience as a Radiology Tech preferred
- Previous experience with PACS, RIS, EMR, CR, OR, ER, DRX, CT and Meditech preferred
- Valid NYS Radiological Technologist license, registered through A.R.R.T (CT certification)
- DOH license injection privileges required
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Responsibilities
- Performs routine radiographic and interventional radiographic procedures in accordance with the technologist training and license.
- Prepares and administers oral contrast for patient consumption.
- Prepares and maintains records and files as required.
