About The Position

PET CT Technologists at Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC) play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to oncology patients. This role involves performing PET/CT imaging for outpatient ambulatory oncology patients, operating advanced Siemens PET/CT imaging equipment, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort. The technologist will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, collaborate with radiologists and clinical team members, and maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards. FRC is the largest radiology practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, providing leading-edge medical imaging services at 20 outpatient locations throughout Northern Virginia.

Requirements

• ARRT(N) or CNMT certification upon hire
• BLS certification upon hire
• Excellent customer service and patient care skills
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of PET CT Technologist experience or 1+ years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• Virginia Radiologic Technologist License upon hire (Candidates without a Virginia license must obtain licensure within 60 days of hire)
